Members can borrow against money they have on deposit with Sea West. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for share pledged loans is 2% greater than the highest rate paid by the credit union. The annual percentage rate for certificate pledged loans is 2% higher than the certificate rate on the pledged certificate.
